Pain Management with Hypnotherapy: How does it work?
Pain, especially chronic pain, has been my personal challenge—one that led me to look beyond specialists and medications to seek relief within my own body. Pain is not only debilitating but also isolating, often leaving us feeling misunderstood by others and with limited options from Western medicine. This can make those with chronic pain feel helpless and hopeless. For me, understanding the root cause of my pain and learning about my nervous system and personal stress response and rewiring this automatic behaviour was the key to a healing process.
