Transformation Programs

Chronic Pain Management Program

6 Sessions | $870 (Save $90)

A comprehensive, body-mind approach for women living with chronic pain conditions including fibromyalgia, endometriosis, migraines, back pain, pelvic pain, or other persistent pain.

This program combines Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, and gentle somatic work to address the mind-body patterns keeping you stuck—not just the symptoms.

What's Included:

  • Initial 75-minute assessment session – We explore your pain history, identify patterns, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs

  • Five personalized treatment sessions – Two 75-minute sessions and three 60-minute sessions using Clinical Hypotherapy, NLP and the HypnoYin Method

  • Between-session email support – Quick check-ins and adjustments as needed

  • Practical tools – Breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle body practices you can use between sessions

Sessions work alongside your existing medical care and are available online (Australia-wide) or in-person (Kin Kin, QLD).

Most clients notice meaningful shifts in pain intensity, sleep quality, and sense of control within the program. All sessions must be used within 6 months.

After completing the program, follow-up sessions are available at a reduced rate of $140 (regularly $150).

Anxiety & Stress Management Program

4 Sessions | $570 (Save $70)

A personalized approach for women navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, or the constant drive that leaves you depleted.

This program combines Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, and gentle somatic work to help regulate your nervous system and find genuine calm—not just coping strategies.

What's Included:

  • Initial 75-minute assessment session – Nervous system assessment and personalized anxiety treatment plan

  • Three tailored treatment sessions – One 75-minute session and two 60-minute sessions using integrated hypnotherapy and somatic work

  • Between-session email support – Guidance and adjustments as you integrate new practices

  • Practical nervous system regulation tools – Breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle body practices that you can integrate into your daily routine

How It Works: Your Journey With Me

Step 1: Free Orientation Call (15-20 minutes)

We'll meet via phone or Zoom to discuss what you're experiencing, answer any questions you have, and explore whether my approach feels right for you.

No pressure, no sales pitch—just honest conversation and clarity about whether we're a good fit.

Step 2: Initial Assessment Session (75 minutes)

Your first full session begins with a thorough intake where we explore:

  • Your specific challenges and how they're affecting your life

  • Your goals and what you're hoping to achieve

  • Any previous treatments and what has/hasn't worked

  • Your unique patterns and nervous system responses

We'll then begin your first hypnotherapy session, tailored specifically to your needs and situation.

Step 3: Follow-Up Treatment Sessions (60-75 minutes each)

Each subsequent session builds on the last, using Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, and somatic work to:

  • Address subconscious patterns keeping you stuck

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Release stored tension in your body

  • Install new, supportive patterns and responses

  • Teach you practical tools for daily life

Sessions are always tailored to where you are in your journey. You're in control, and we move at a pace that feels safe for your body and nervous system.

Between Sessions

You'll have email support for questions or adjustments, and I'll provide you with practical tools—breathwork exercises, mindfulness practices, and gentle somatic routines—to support your progress between appointments.

  • Hypnosis is best described as a focused, relaxed state of mind—similar to being deeply absorbed in a good book, a movie, or daydreaming. In hypnotherapy, this natural trance state is used intentionally to access your subconscious mind, where lasting change happens.

    During hypnosis, you're fully aware and in control. You can speak, move, and return to normal consciousness at any time. It simply allows you to focus on solutions without your critical, overthinking mind getting in the way.

    Most people experience hypnosis as a very calming state with increased focus, which makes releasing unhelpful patterns and installing new, supportive ones much easier.

  • Trance is a natural state most of us experience every day—when reading a good book, watching a movie, having a deep conversation, or daydreaming. It feels like being very absorbed in something.

    Hypnotic trance is, for many clients, a deeply relaxed and calming experience. Some describe it as similar to meditation or the moments just before falling asleep—peaceful, focused, and restorative.

  • Since most people experience natural trance states regularly, most clients can be hypnotized. There are many ways to guide someone into trance, and personalized therapy means I can choose an approach that works for you and your needs.

    The key is being open to the process and willing to participate. Hypnosis isn't something done "to" you—it's a collaborative process we do together.

  • Hypnosis and trance are 100% safe and natural. You remain fully aware, in complete control, and can return to normal consciousness at any time. You will never do or say anything against your values or better judgment.

    To ensure a safe, professional experience, make sure your therapist is qualified, experienced, insured, and supervised. I'm a member of professional bodies including the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (ASCH), which means I adhere to a strict code of ethics.

  • This depends on what you're working with. For chronic pain and anxiety, most clients see meaningful shifts within 4-6 sessions, which is why I recommend the transformation programs.

    Some issues (like breaking a simple habit or addressing a specific fear) may only need 1-3 sessions. Complex, long-standing patterns typically need more time and repetition to shift sustainably.

    During your free orientation call, we'll discuss a realistic timeframe based on your specific situation.

  • No. You simply need to be open to the process and willing to participate. Hypnotherapy is evidence-based and works with natural brain states—it's not about belief, it's about neuroscience and psychology.

    That said, the more open and engaged you are, the more effective the sessions tend to be.

  • While chronic pain and anxiety are my areas of specialization and where I have the most expertise, I also offer Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP sessions for other concerns including habit change, sleep issues, confidence building, and personal transformation.

  • I'm a registered practitioner with the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA), with which I’m holding a provider number for some private health providers.

    I recommend checking with your health fund to see if you're covered. I can provide invoices and receipts for claiming purposes.

  • Regular Clinical Hypnotherapy/ NLP works primarily with your subconscious mind through guided relaxation, visualisations, NLP and verbal suggestions. You sit or lie comfortably while I guide you into trance.

    HypnoYin combines this with Yin Yoga—gentle, sustained holds that work with your fascia and nervous system. As your body releases physical tension, your mind naturally drops deeper, creating ideal conditions for subconscious transformation. It's particularly powerful for chronic pain, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation because it addresses both the physical and mental layers.

  • Your first session is longer (75 minutes) because we spend time on intake and assessment. We'll discuss:

    • What brought you here and what you're hoping to achieve

    • Your history with the issue

    • What you've tried before

    • Any relevant medical or mental health background

    Then we'll move into your first hypnotherapy experience, tailored to your needs. You'll leave with clarity about the path forward and often a sense of relief that you've taken the first step.

  • Yes! Online sessions via Zoom are just as effective as in-person sessions. You'll be in the comfort of your own space, which many clients find especially supportive for deep relaxation and transformation.

    I also offer in-person sessions at the Connect + Flow Studio in Pomona, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland or in my home office in Kin Kin.
