A relaxing fusion of Yin Yoga and Hypnosis

HypnoYin class

Each class is a little different — the poses, the intention, what we focus on — but the shape of it stays the same. An hour of Yin yoga holds, long and unhurried, while I weave hypnotherapy suggestions through the practice. Then, as you settle into Savasana, we move into a full hypnosis immersion — letting the body and mind complete what they started together.

Yin works by asking the body to still and soften. And when the body settles, the mind tends to follow. This natural trance is what we work with.

Weekly class

What you will experience:

  • Yin Yoga: Melt into gentle, long-held postures that release tension, improve flexibility, and create a state of natural relaxation

  • Guided Hypnosis: Deepen this state of deep calm with a soothing hypnosis that nurtures your inner strength, resilience and self-belief
