What you will experience:
Yin Yoga & Pranayama: breathwork and gentle, long-held postures enable you to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite the body into a state of ease
Clinical Hypnotherapy & NLP: Guided techniques drawn from evidence-based practice to help you understand and manage pain, ease the pain-related stress, and build a compassionate relationship with your body
